Did 7 rooms of flooring in home, most were good enough, some were not. Experience was average. Was hoping to score them higher as we used them 18 years ago with no issues.
McSwain’s was recommended to me by a friend, but I think she had a much different experience than I did. My salesperson was over an hour late and forgot to measure my stairs. The installers only spoke Spanish and took a 2-hour siesta during my installation on a Friday night, leaving me trapped home to wait for their return. I bought stain master carpet but got no information on how to take care of it. All of this after waiting for more than a month to get it installed. I’m not impressed and will shop somewhere else for carpet in the rest of my house.
My experience with McSwain was great from start to finish. My sales Rep, Marvivn was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was very helpful in helping me chose the right carpet at the right price. The installers were respectful, courteous, and very professional. My carpeting looks great! Thank you, McSwain!
