Walked into Sims Furniture - Forest Park and was greeted with a warm friendly hello and smile! Instant approval for a mattress set. I am a repeat customer. They will give you a second chance. Steve and the finance team are great people. Listen and patience is everything to have went working with the public. 8 days and counting til I get my new bed set.

I really love Sims Furniture I'm always treated very well from the moment I walk in until I leave even if I don't purchase anything. Unfortunately I seem to always find something new to buy with the help of Steve he is an excellent salesperson and manager. Sims should be very proud to have him on their team. I would definitely recommend Sims to family and friends. Ask for Steve when you get there!

I was looking for a bedroom suite for my new home. And found the perfect one at Sims Furniture in forest park. Not only was it exactly what I wanted it was a decent price and the sales staff was excellent! Very professional and knowledgeable and explained the payments for my financing in a way I can comprehend. And did I mention no money down! I highly recommend the forest park sims.

The customer service here is phenomenal. Mrs. Jenkins was very professional. The selections in the store was amazing and if there was something that wasn’t in stock, she worked hard to get it!! Mrs. Jenkins was on break when my wife and I walked in the store and she stopped her break and came to help us!! I really appreciate amazing customer service! They need more stars than a five star rating. Thank you all!!
