Owner is great at customer service and offers a smooth and enjoyable experience everytime! Best cell phone store in Cincinnati! The owner makes sure that the corporate offices take care of your account and do not add on any extra hidden fees. He's just great! Metro may not be the place to get the latest iPhone but the service is decent and the phones they have are great for those who just want a smart phone without paying hundreds of dollars. I will never shop at another store for a phone.
I am very happy with today's transaction. I've never been treated with more kindness and help from the manager.
DO NOT BUY PHONES AT THIS STORE! I think they sell refurbished phones. My bf and I got 2 phones here and within 4mnths his' started acting up, by 6 mnths mine did too. The guy who works there is very rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever, really. Please avoid going here! Spend your money elsewhere!
