I'm giving 5 stars because of the excellent service we received! Mark went above and beyond to help me out with my 80yr old mother who finally upgraded from her flip phone. He went through her new phone and made the font size bigger so she could see & use it easier. I can't say enough about how nice Mark made this experience for us!!!
I’ve been a customer since 2003 and Sprint/T-Mobile does not care about their customers. I leased 3 phones at $29.17 each a month. They claim they sent me a text on my options to own the phones, but a since I didn’t respond to any of the options they continued charging me $29.17 a month for each phone for the next 12 months costing me $1,050 in total. Sprint/T-mobile would NOT return nor credit my account towards upgrading any phone or paying off the phones except for the $131 for each phone totaling $393 because that was the payoff amount now for each phone. I paid $657 more then I should have and they don’t care!! The money is in their bank account now!! Then when I left Sprint/T-Mobile they made me pay for the phone that was still under a lease in the amount of $224.99 plus the $225 lease cancellation fee totaling $449.99. So I’m out a grand total of $1,106.99!!! I’m furious!!!!!!!
Excellent customer service. Anwar knew exactly what he was doing, and quickly ported all of my lines over from AT&T. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for T-Mobile service.
The salesman Chris was helpful with my new phone assisting me with transferring my information from old phone to the new phone.
Dahlia was fantastic. Accomplished trade in and upgrade with no headaches.
