Incredibly long wait times. Only a single employee in the entire store and there were multiple people waiting for service I was next in line and was informed it was going to be at least 30 minutes before I could checkout. All I needed was a new phone case 5 minute transaction tops already knew what case and was paying cash. Had to go to Verizon an buy one
I switched my cell phone provider yesterday mainly due to this store. The employees at this store are not professional, not knowledgeable, and seem to have one goal of selling a new device. They told me right off the bat I was a T-Mobile customer and that I was just on Sprint billing, but all conversations led to the fact I was a Sprint customer. I was given wrong or false information to several of my questions regarding my phone insurance, phone compatibility, and my plan in general. One representative left the counter and walked into the back room in the middle of a conversation. One employee was burping out loud at the counter during our conversation as if it were normal behavior. After my third visit to this store to be let down more and more each time, I found another carrier at the same rate with better service and reliability.
