I have no issues with them. Good service. Freindly associates.
Some of the worst customer service that I or my gf have ever encountered at any cell store period.. And worse it was by the owner Mike!.. She was trying to get her account info to Port her number to her new Verizon phone after 4 years of being with metro and he wouldn't even acknowledge her or speak to her or his OWN customer service rep on speaker phone.. well congratulations MIKE cuz of how you treated her I'll be removing my own account with 4 lines over to Verizon also... Always thought much better of metro s service until now. Cannot believe the unprofessional way she was treated one she told me about it..
Just picked up my new aristo 2 for free with a new line of service great staff and amazing deals would recommend to anyone!
The most horrible customer service in store and by phone.
Was ok. Policies on returning things is a bit overdone. Nice staff tho. Wish the customer service people knew more about the company and products they provide, but I guess yu cant have yur cake and eat it with cell phone companies
