The man that helped us was super friendly and helpful and patient (I had 2 kids with me). He kept a smile and was professional the entire time. He made my families switch to metroPCS very easy. Would definitely recommend this store to friends in the future.
Excellent customer service, very clean great location. My only complaint, or should I say recognition is its obvious the cell phone companies are going to be obsolete before too long. With that being said I feel like there may be alot of people aware of this and obviously the phone companies are and i like how they are, in a way sponsering these buisness opportunities by putting there name on smaller prepaid companies, but the fact is these people have to profit if they are running a business. Its just not right and wont last charging people to communicate with one another and have access to information and thats why i believe cellphone companies wont be around a whole lot longer. I believe once we harness, anylise and more efficiently understand the different frequencies of the spectrum things will be way different. So if you think someone at a phone company or a specific company sucks just keep that in mind, energy tends to show itself one way or another...
