Very messy, selection is sparse, I can never find what I want and should just order online. However the staff is always very nice. They just seem to need way more help.nOriginal review from 4 years ago is still true but the selection and store conditions have deteriorated even more. Cashier's are still really nice. If you're going to shop at Kohl's just do it online or find a better location.
I went to return an Amazon order and ended up shopping. They had some good deals though the store was slightly unorganized, alot of discounted racks. I will also say that the store associates were very nice and friendly. I normally don't shop at Kohl's however I was able to get a few casual shirts for less than $20 which is really great.
Going what i was looking for
I was looking for a certain vacuum that was on their web site. Drive 30 minutes because the web site said it was in stock . Couldn't find it, went to customer service Eric called the department, she said they didn't have it so Eric called other stores even though he pulled it up and said it showed 8. Finally they found it at the store I was in. Hats off to Eric for his calmness and coming though.
Best kohls to shop. Great selection of items. Sales was amazing and the cashier offer me coupons without asking. Some kohls do not even offer coupons.
