I’ve gone to this location a handful of times now to get a Brazilian wax, and have never been able to come home and not touch up their work. No one seems to understand that a Brazilian means no hair left. I ALWAYS end up having to touch up, and not because of ingrown hairs, but because of carelessness and just completely missing entire areas. Even going in for the free touch up after a mess up doesn’t mean I go home hair free, I still have to pluck at home. The only positive thing I can say about my experiences was at least the staff was friendly. Just couldn’t get the job done properly.

Had my first brazilian done today by Sam and she did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff is lovely and I would definitely recommend this place!

Catalina was great!! Super friendly and professional. Also very detailed which I appreciate! Most gentle wax I’ve ever had, but also the cleanest and most effective wax I’ve ever had!!
