We purchased our mattress online after much research - the Original Hybrid. After just a few nights, we found the mattress too soft. It lacked enough support to prevent my husband and me from rolling to the middle together. We could also feel every movement of the other during the night. We persisted, as the website suggests, trying to get used to the mattress. Finally, we called to return after having it 8 weeks. I discovered that ONLY the mattress has a 100 night trial return policy. The box spring has a 30 night trial return policy. Not at all pleased. Feeling like we were deceived as the box spring is considered Furniture. How can you try a mattress for 100 nights if only the box springs is only for 30?
