We searched every store in cincinnati and online for couches for our new house. When we went to Arhaus we knew we’ were done searching. We loved the Kipton so much we bought 3 of them for various rooms. The staff are nice and helpful. They spent time explaining everything and answered our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
The best of the best. Service oriented and honest they work very hard to help you find what you want. They are extremely accommodating and willing to go the extra mile.
Worst experience ever! We ordered a desk in October and was told we would have it within 4-5 weeks. Today is Feb 22 and we still do not have the desk that we paid in full for when we ordered it! It takes several phone calls to ever get a returned phone call.
We have a few pieces from here. A little on the pricey side but great quality. Very helpful associates.
Fantastic experience and great quality furniture. Enjoyed working with Kate to pick out our new couch!
