Rude and arrogant staff. I dealt with A.. Kroll who I found to be condescending and rude. Once she saw that we were merely spending $2000 she turned off like a light switch. She gave us a quote but never returned our calls or emails. I drove to the store to see her sitting and talking to coworkers. We still couldn't get any of the snobby staff to wait on us. I guess if I wore a tuxedo they might have noticed me.nPottery Barn was happy to help us so we purchased there.

We are very impressed and had a wonderful experience with the Cincinnati Restoration hardware store on multiple occasions. Our most recent experience was with Michele Boggs and her coworker Shane. They both did a fantastic job helping us choose the right color combinations and furniture for our living room. We are very grateful that they dedicated so much time to help us, and made the experience so enjoyable. They are both true professionals and very talented! Thank you again we are looking forward to receiving the furniture.

I have always had an amazing experience shopping at RH Gallery in Kenwood. The staff is very kind, helpful, patient and well informed about their product. Allison, Allie and Lindsey went above and beyond to assist me in making the right choice it terms of style, dimensions and overall design. I cannot ask for a better service and I’d always recommend RH to friends and family regardless of the higher price point.

The most beautiful store in the area by far. Everyone there is a designer and always willing to assist you. They do not stalk you like other furniture stores in the area which is nice. I highly recommend shopping here. They have everything down to a science and there is a reason they are so successful as a company!

My favorite furniture store. I really love my beautiful leather couch. I have no regrets at all. I brag on it to everyone. I bought it 3 years ago. Ethan Tran was the best help ever in choosing the right couch for me. Thank you Ethan. ❤❤❤❤❤
