Beautiful showroom
I went in store to see in person the items I was researching David was helpful but I ordered online with Courtney at the Mason call center and she was AMAZING!! she made sure I got the items I wanted at a price my husband approved of!!! I bout several pieces and will ask for Courtney for my next major purchase
Deceptive business practices. Came in looking specifically for pieces that could be delivered QUICKLY. Bought a couch with 1 week delivery. Showed up with the wrong pieces for the couch, not ONCE, but TWICE. After the second time, they told me the correct pieces will not be in for over 3 months from time of purchase. I would advise people to go literally anywhere else except here. Extremely poor experience and still have their eyesore furniture missing pieces sitting in my living room.

Salesperson and sectional were great! Had a ton of issues with trying to switch a mode of payment which should be a very easy thing. Customer service number was horrible. Atrocious. Terrible. So bad I would return the sectional if I could just to prove a point.
