The Original Mattress Factory was great and we are thoroughly enjoying our new mattress. My wife and I were in the market for a new mattress and the Original Mattress Factory was our first stop and last stop. Nick the manager of the Kenwood shop was extremely helpful and explained how their mattresses differed from those you would find at a Mattress Firm. They even have examples where they cut open competitor's mattresses to show how the inside differs. After seeing their examples it was pretty clear that we didn't need to stop at any other mattress store. The prices were also extremely reasonable.nnDelivery was also easy the 2 deliverymen easily hauled away our old mattress and box spring and quickly delivered our new set, the whole process took about 5 minutes. They were also very polite and courteous.nnI would highly suggest buying a mattress for the original mattress factory if you are looking for a mattress, they are very comfortable and very well made. Best of all it was made locally in Cincinnati.

In a time when many people are buying mattresses online, the Original Mattress Factory is the opposite experience. A real live person shows you the mattresses, explains the materials and how they are made. They are built here in Cincinnati by craftsmen. Can't be beat by a boxed mattress.

The manager of this store is great. No pressure, no sales tactics, just knowledgeable assistance and help.nnAnd, they have 100% talalay latex pillows...the best in the world, at a great price. Try them, you'll never go back
