Staffed by incompetent misfits. Was literally laughed at for coming into this location and wanting to upgrade my iPhone 7. After being sneered at by the staff member they responded “I just got out of training on that, I can’t help you!” And then proceeded to walk to Wendy’s. Began to get the impression that I was a nuisance from the only other staff member there who was assisting another customer. Was happy to walk out and buy my new iPhone 12 Pro outright somewhere else. I recommend avoiding this place to your own avail.
Staff was great the young lady was very knowledgeable and got a great deal recommend this T-Mobile location

The customer service rep was very helpful. I was able to pay my bill in store and had all my questions answered. Very professional staff.
Staff never acknowledged us untill 20 later and we suggested she take another customer. The worse customer experience in 20 years of sprint. Send the girl to the Kenwood store for training.
