This place has went downnnnnnn hill. The second time I've been here where they didn't have pretzels even ready for 20 minutes. That is insanity. I've never waited this long for a pretzel in my entire life. You could get Garrett's Popcorn in Chicago faster.
I would appreciate if I’m spending my hard work money at a restaurant that the employees would greet me with a welcoming smile or greeting .
The ladies working were happy to make a fresh batch of no-butter pretzels for my two year old's dairy allergy. Very friendly and chatted with her the whole time.
Very fresh and delicious food! Very friendly workers!
The cashier tried to short us a bottle of water and then called us a liar when we asked us for the cheese sauce we paid for.
