The location is a bit small, and the parking lot is hazardous, but they always have product. They don't run out of sesame bagels for the day by 8am like the Reed-Hartman location.nnUPDATE 2021 JANnDon't know if this is just what happens to to-go orders, or if this Panera tightening its belt. I paid $10.29 for a small plastic container of romaine lettuce, three slices of chicken breast, five crunchy wonton noodles, and a cup of dressing. I've attached a photo. Profit margin probably $9.50+ on this meal.

Used to love this location, but now it is stupidly slow. Ordered my food 20 minutes ago, in store and still waiting!!! If you need to hire people, there are plenty looking for a job. No sense of urgency at all!!!!!nnUpdate: 37 minutes, it took 37 minutes to get Mac and cheese and a grilled cheese. This location will never get my business again!

Honestly I was really disappointed... After waiting for almost 30 minutes I got my food and it was wrong. Got my drink, it was wrong. When I asked to have it remade the employee acted as if I was mistaken even though he put it in incorrectly. Good thing I choose not to eat dairy rather than be allergic or else I'd be having a bad time right about now.

I ordered curbside for 7:20 on Sunday morning at the Kenwood Pavilion location. I got a call about 7:30 that they were short on a item I ordered. I was told if I would like a refund I could come into the store. I said that I did not have time for that I will just take a credit and get it another time. I asked that my order be ready when I got there because I was running late and would need to go right away. I furthermore called when I was about 5 minutes away and asked that my order be ready and I will be there in about 5 minutes and I will need it to go right away. I get there and I'm sitting and no one seems to come out for 3-4 minutes somewhere close to that. It was the manager that brought my stuff out and I asked her about why I was left waiting when I called ahead and request that my stuff be ready and she said well that it was. I said well it wasn't ready becauseI was left here waiting. She then made the comment was she supposed to have somebody sitting at the door waiting on me because I was running late? I said well when a person makes a special request and you have no customers it should not be hard for someone to be ready to bring the order out promptly. In a sarcastic manner she says well sorry you had a bad experience and just promptly walked away. I called the corporate office and explained the situation and let them know that I did not appreciate her attitude and that I would like a call from management and how it upset my day. That was on Sunday and today is Wednesday so far I've heard nothing. I pay $30 for a few items to be annoyed ud83dude20. I could have went to Arby's and spent less than a third of that and got much better service.

I ordered in advance for a 10 person office meeting at their catering location at 9AM - when it was not delivered on time I called and they placed me on hold for 10 minutes, only to tell me they didn't even have my order. I rushed over to this Galbraith location and told the manager Carrie what was going on - she not only apologized (for something that wasn't even her fault) but she made all 10 sandwiches on her own in 15 minutes. I wanted to write this review to send a huge THANK YOU to Carrie. That level of customer service is hard to find and I appreciate all of your help!
