I love this Graeter's and I will be so sad when this location closes soon to move into the new spot. It's been my go-to Graeter's my whole life and I have made many memories here. This store has fantastic employees and if you make any orders, they are more than happy to make changes or they will contact you asap if there's an issue. Best location there is.
Went there on vacation and it was awesome! Even brought some back to Florida on dry ice. Highly recommend you visit. We even had breakfast there one day...lol. yes, ice cream for breakfast.
Placed an order for 30 individually wrapped smiley face cookies over a week in advance. Called to confirm pick up time and was told I would be getting 30 St. Patrick's Day cookies, unwrapped. Very frustrating that Graeter's could not fulfill a pretty simple order as they had these cookies in store when I placed my order.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Our milkshakes are delicious!
Graeter's ice cream really is something unusual. Not your average store bought dessert.
