The desk and medical staff were extremely friendly and thorough in explaining the procedure. I felt like the nurse practitioner did a great job making me feel comfortable and safe before and during the procedure. I love that this spa has late hours to accommodate my night shift schedule

I've had three sessions at the Ideal Image in Dayton. Each experience exceeded my expectations. The building is very clean, professional, and covid- compliant. The technicians I've seen (Sam, Jessica, and Courtney) were wonderfully kind and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. And the results are amazing. Highly recommend taking advantage of the various specials and promos they offer!!

The personell was beyond gracious! The service was impeccable!! I was informed and pleasured with the answers to my questions. I am satisfied immensely with my action to immediately join their staff for treatments. Thank you everyone, especially Jennifer for her patience and help with getting me signed in.

Everyone has been so amazing and accommodating so far!!! I am getting my bikini area done, and to be honest I was extremely nervous going into this due to modesty and the fear of being judged by whoever would be doing my treatments. But they have proved me wrong completely. Everyone has been so friendly and eager to make sure I'm as happy and comfortable as possible.

I have gone for ~4 laser hair treatments and keep adding a new body part each time (slightly obsessed haha). My experience has been nothing short of amazing - hence I keep adding to my package. It is pricey, but well worth the cost. Most recently I had Jessica as my practitioner and she was lovely. So easy to talk to and explained every detail that I wanted to know. They make it the process quick, as painless as possible, and comfortable. I am so excited to see what my final results will be, but am so very impressed by the progress made so far. Much more confident in my own skin!
