The Morris Home outlet store had great prices on attractive furniture pieces, and a wide selection. John provided excellent service for my wife and I.
I wish what I could give zero stars. I have never dealt with such incompetent, lazy people at all levels of a company. Everything that could go wrong with my order, did go wrong, and they would rather lie to me than actually admit fault and help me. Yesterday, my furniture that I have been waiting four months for was finally delivered. I had been gifted free assembly for all my trouble, but unforgivably, the drunk and lazy delivery people did everything they could to leave without assembling. I was told that they would be coming back to assemble later in the day, so I left work to be back home for them. Did they come? Of course not. They then had the nerve to call today and ask if I needed any services. A little late, as my family already assembled my furniture. Worst company ever.

Very friendly and helpful people. Not pushy to make a sale. And lots to choose from.
