Love Metro, specifically the one located on Maple Ave. Fairborn, OH. Jackie who works there 6 days a week os amazing! She's so friendly and helpful and really knows what she's doing. Definitely appreciate her service and will continue to pick this location over any other, because of her.

I went to Metro PCS on South Maple Ave in Fairborn, Ohio to get my wife's phone updated as she has a Metro PCS account. The lady working there at the time....Gigi was really good & totally took care of my wife's situation. I wanted the lower priced smartphone & she showed me the one I ended up getting for my wife. I think the phone cases were overpriced, but that is Metro PCS, not the employee's fault. Gigi did a really good job with my wife's new updated phone purchase. 4 stars.

I love this store. I live in Dayton out by Kettering and I always go to the MetroPCS on the corner of maple Avenue in Fairborn Ohio I love their friendly customer care.....

Over a week ago me and my family member went to MetroPCS in Fairborn they were out LG 6 at a time so they asked if she would like to put a hold on to we told her yeah we would appreciate if you could do that a couple days several days later we haven't received phone calls I find out that they're in we show up and she only has one instead of two she knew that there was supposed to be two on hold because she said she would put you on hold when they came in. As we are getting one activated they were still out of the LG 6 against so my family member and my other family member had to put on hold again because this lady said she could still do that we going today and we're told that the LG 6 was in and we come back an hour later and there's a couple in front of us and the dude tells then there's only two left and obviously those the two that were supposed to be for us to pick up today but we never got a phone call there's a gentleman in there right now saying that they don't put phone on hold well this is the case then why did the lady at the time both occasions that we came in prior to him working today told us that she could do that. So MetroPCS by T-Mobile Fairborn location corporate manager this is not allowed you need to be telling your employees this.
