If I could give these people 0 stars 1 would. I AM STANDING IN WALMART AS THIS IS HAPPENING BECAUSE NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME. I seen employees just standing around doing nothing chatting to other employees. I called 4 times no one answered. the lady in fitting rooms finally answered my call every time she answered I asked her to transfer me to photo who I called. She then got an attitude and started to hang up on me. I was very polite and nice and understanding. After she hung up on me I called again and asked to speak to a manager she didn’t like that so she hung up on me again. I called back and I finally got a manager and she was very rude just answering the phone. She sounded like she had too much to do but to help a customer. I told her I was standing in the store right now and she asked like I was lying to her and that it was a big deal I need to ask for help not call and that I bothering her. I asked her what I needed to ask and she didn’t know. If you’re a manager you neeed to know the basic questions of a customer for all departments or have your employees do their job so you don’t have to take the call. So eventually I got to photo and the guy I spoke to told me something different 4 times every time I asked the question. I’m very upset. If this is how a FAMILY BUSINESS (as the manager stated to me) is run then something needs to happen because this is just rude all around. I will be calling the owner of the store.
