Great service, great deal, very little upsell. Nick and Kali were fantastically patient with our questions and answered a few final ones after the sale, as we were walking out the door. They even laughed at my husband's bad jokes (thanks!). Technical knowledge was high and the process went as quickly as switching companies and buying phones ever does. It only got backed up while we were there once. The manager handled most of the other customers quite smoothly, even when a woman started yelling at him for something that was definitely not his fault but hers.

Visited the store on 10/4/19 at 11:00am to upgrade my phone. By 11:30 we had not been greeted, acknowledged, or even looked at once. Of the three workers, one was assisting a customer while the manager sat on the phone, and the other guy sat in the back on his cell phone.nnIf you want to wait around and be disrespected, I highly recommend this store. If you want to be treated like a human being, go to literally any other store.nnWill not be coming back.

If I could give this store a zero stars I would! This store has associates who only care about making money. They will straight lie to you about everything. DON'T believe them if they say that something comes in a bundle or no fee to it. This company has lied to me and took up way to much of my time! I wish I would have never switched to them! They have made my life so stressful. Just today 7 hours talking to a supervisor and nothing is still not done. Worse place

Poor customer service, people that work there where seated behind a glass wall talking and laughing with each other. It was like they didnt care that customers where waiting for service.
