I'm only putting 3 stars because there were only 2 racks (shirt & bottoms) for plus size. I wish there was more selection for plus size women. I loved the shoe selection though! They had great shoe selections for size 11 & 12. And size 14 for men.
The Rack as most people call it has a very distinct demographic as far as clothing goes, which I believe is the middle class American with a specific look. More soccer dad or soccer mom ish. Pretty expensive in the women's section, specifically jeans, which I'm learning are already expensive and even more expensive in the men's business attire. I go specifically for the deal on shoes. Although I'll say they have great customer service
The plus size section is literally 3-4 racks and the selection is very very limited. But we found some other needed items like shoes and baby items that were priced well.
I love the store far as what they sale buttt i did feel like they was following/watching me when i was shopping
I want to start by saying I absolutely love Nordstrom rack...I get all my jeans there typically. But....I ordered 5 pair of jeans during Covid, and 4 fit perfectly. I wanted to return the remaining pair and I was told they wouldn’t accept a return after 45 days! This is ridiculous based on current circumstances! Best of luck during these crazy times but unfortunately you have lost someone who has been a customer for many years!
