Planned on getting a big cookie for a weekend trip we were taking. Just realized the store closes at 7 instead of 9 due to Covid, so I busted over to the mall and walked up to the counter at 6:22. I said I need a big cookie, which incidentally is marketed that the cookie will be done in 15 minutes, and I was informed that they don't have anymore because they are getting ready to close. Well...you have 38 minutes till close and it says on the cookie boxes that they can be ready in 15. What's the problem? Instead of trying to resolve the issue, and make money, the employee had no resolution for us. How about apologizing and perhaps offering some other products that I may be satisfied with since the big cookie is not an option? Very upset!

Went to Great American Cookies with my girls the other day, and they were AWESOME! Kyle was so patient with my girls (my 4-year-old is a talker), and even offered us a couple of coupons for free cookies for waiting in line so long. We will be going back again soon. Highly recommend this location!

I wish that they sold crispy cookies. I asked if I could place a special order for them to be baked that way and I was told no because there were concerns about possible salmonella. don't understand that one. How can you get salmonella from a fully baked product?

The name tag-less worker with glasses wearing his white Apple airbuds was so upset that I interrupted his conversation that he drove not only me away from a purchase, but the father of two who walked up after me. Scolding your customers looking at a purchase is the opposite of what you wish typically. This kid is costing you $6-$11 dollars per transaction plus his salary at this extremely intensive job. I go full mall person once a week with the family for lunch, kids train ride and then the cookie stand. I know I wont be stopping by anymore if I see him and most likely all the others he has spurned because we were rude enough ask him to do his job.nnLet us assume he only does this 10 times a day (low end assumption) and that the people drop by once a week, but since his horrible upbringing is driving your customers away they will not be back. You are losing $60-$110 plus his $72 for an 8 hour shift ($9/hour) which adds to $132-$182 a day. Now merely using those 10 people assuming once a week it will cost you $528-$728 monthly. I wont go yearly because we all know he won't realistically make it that long.nnThe choice is yours to make or ignore. Good luck with your decision.nn-Kristoff

Just stopped to get a pretzel dog and the girl said she turned the oven off because they are getting ready to close. This was a whole hour before they are supposed to close. Usually we are satisfied with their good products and service, but a company that bakes it's items should leave their oven on at least until 15 to 20 minutes to closing time.
