We’ve gotten my daughters cakes here for the four years and we won’t go anywhere else!nnI do not like cake but their cake with their buttercream frosting is absolutely to die for. They come in great sizes and reasonably priced for custom cakes.nnThey let you pay when you pick up and you can pick up from the West Carrollton location on a Sunday (which is when we always have her parties)

This place is unbelievable... I'm on my way to a friend / client's house for an appointment... I saw that it was their daughter's birthday today... so I went off the beaten path a bit and stopped by Ele's to get her a little surprise... She is a fantastic kid who was brought up right!!! We had a last minute birthday cake order. Placed it on Friday, needed it Sunday. Unfortunately we forgot to check the store hours and missed our pick up window, but thankfully the other ele location remade our cake and it was perfect ! So considerate and accommodating plus probably my new favorite cake shop. The cake was so light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely be buying all our future cakes from ele.
I sent them an email wanting to order a cake for my husband. I get very rude correspondence stating they would need at least two weeks. This was for a small cake. I emailed back and told them id like to move forward with ordering and THEY never responded.
