Faruk took extra care to make sure every question we asked in regards to the dining set was answered including multiple emails/texts for measurements. He made us comfortable to purchase even though we didn't see it in person. On top of that he ensured it was delivered without any issues even changing out the delivery method so it was delivered earlier which was much appreciated. If you want great service to go along with high quality options to purchase, make it a point to look into AVRS! We plan to check in regularly to see their latest inventory!

My experience with AVRS was completely satisfactory. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and so it is easy to find what you are looking for. I am a return customer and very happy with the quality of furniture we have bought in the past.
I don't think there's any place like this in Columbus. Beautiful, quality furniture at fair prices. They have excellent service! We're so thankful John helped us to get our table and chairs sooner than anticipated, just in time for Christmas! We will definitely be back when we're ready to purchase more furniture for our new home!
The sales rep was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was willing to give me a great deal. I was able to view the product in store, get a quote sent to my phone, then simply call back later to place the order and pay online. Overall, very pleased with the service provided.
