My experience was awesome and Richie Beam went above and beyond to help and make sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted! I cant thank him enough! I recommend Sleep outfitters to anyone who is in need of a new bed THEY ARE AMAZING and have great deals and prices its worth every penny but Make sure Richie is the one to help you. We had a great experience at sleep outfitters. Richie Beam was so patient as we tried all the mattresses and pillows. He guided us through all the things we were worried about. It's been about 2 years now, and we absolutely love our mattress. Whenever we need a new mattress, for any bed, I know where we're going!
We worked with Owen at Tuttle. He was absolutely fabulous. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Great blend of information and friendly. No sales pressure. I highly recommend him.
Richie at the Hilliard store helped us immediately and got us a great deal on an open box pillow. Will definitely be stopping by again if I have any sleep needs in the future! Also the Covid restrictions in place were very clear and masks were provided if needed. Thank you so much!!
Richie was very helpful with helping us find our first mattress. He was very thorough with explaining everything and answering questions. He made sure we understood our options and was very accommodating with our specifications. Richie was not pushy in any way and if we didn't like something, he would listen which was something we really valued.
