The staff at La-Z-boy were pleasant and helpful. They provided a good balance of allowing time to look on my own, yet stepping in to answer questions when needed. The couch arrived ahead of schedule and I’m very pleased.nnMy only concern was that on arrival it was not wrapped thoroughly. The upholstery is light colored and therefore parts of the couch was exposed to the elements. The delivery personnel had to set it briefly on my driveway in preparation to carry it into the house. Could have been disastrous. Thankfully it remained clean.

I am currently out of state and visited a Lazy Boy. I discovered they were having a sale. I called the store local to me to see if I could place a phone order. The manager Brenda was very good to me. She said they normally don't do phone orders but she would work with me. I had written down and taken pics of the fabric and items I wanted. We got it ordered no problem. I appreciate the great customer service I received and recommend the Dublin Ohio store! A++nRhonda M

This was our first visit to La-Z-Boy as we needed a new couch. Upon arrival, we were quickly met by Chrissy even though the store was busy. She was very friendly and personable. We found Chrissy to be very knowledgeable about the details of the furniture and was able to direct us to ones that met our requirements for firmness, depth, etc. We also liked that we could pick from a wide variety of fabrics to match our colors. She was very thorough and worked with us to describe all the many details of the purchase so we were left with no lingering questions. Overall, we had a greet shopping experience with Chrissy.nnBPG

We had a very good experience shopping at the showroom where we were shown which recliners would meet our needs. We were allowed ample time to sit in as many chairs as we wished for as long as needed. Our only problem was that we were told that the recliner should be available in early December but we did not actually get it until mid-February due to problems during the pandemic. The delivery was scheduled for a time convenient for us and it arrived as promised. The delivery crew was very efficient and moved our old furniture to make room for the new chair.
