Garrett, Gunner, and Alex were very helpful in getting an issue resolved. I had been to a different location and spent several hours trying to resolve a phone issue unsuccessfully. Went into their store and they were very helpfull and worked to get the issue taken care of.
I found this store organized, clean and super helpful and friendly. I was able to get my whole family hooked up with phones and saved money doing it. The store manager, Rihane, is such a sweet woman who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure her customers are happy!
This place was awful. Both of the associates working there were totally clueless. The female sat down and was having a personal conversation on her phone in the middle of the store for awhile, then she just sat there for awhile playing on her phone WITHOUT a mask on!!! The guy that helped us was watching a football game on his phone in between helping us. Altogether we were there for almost 2 hours.
This is one of the best stores I’ve visited! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The process is smooth and they make you feel like family! I specially like Rehan so much for how smart and resourceful she is!
Excellent staff and great manager Rehan. she is amazing at making clients feel comfortable and at ease. she offered multiple plans that fit our budget and was able to assist her staff at times when it was needed. she is hands on and very friendly. thank you.
