I received multiple suggestions to visit Buckeye for service on my horns, and though the work isn't finished, I'm convinced they're in great hands. Working with Rob to develop the best service for the multiple horns I brought in was fun and I could tell how invested and excited he is for working on instruments. His honest input into how much the repairs would cost made decisions easy, and I'm eagerly awaiting the customization we're doing, too, as I know it'll be done properly and will be exactly what I'm looking for.
Fabulous in every way. Fabulous people and customer service, great selection of instruments and supplies. Excellent repair. Lastly the nicest and most chill dog ever. I always feel happier when I go here. Great place. Matt as well as everyone else here has been phenomenal.
This place is awesome. They have a stellar selection of instruments alongside an exceptional repair team. I've seen the clarinet repair tech work first hand and he is very good at what he does. Everyone is knowledgeable and passionate about music and instruments in particular. They're housed in an old church, so the acoustics are outstanding. They have small practice rooms too, but play a few notes on the sanctuary if you get a chance.
Expert service on wind instruments
I was a bad mommy; two of the slides on my trumpet were stuck. They fixed the problem within five minutes. I also bought an obscure size of mouthpiece. And they followed all the rules of social distancing. Altogether, it was a positive experience.
