My husband and I very rarely update our phones and the evidence was clear with our iPhone 6 and iPhone 7. I had a good idea of what I wanted but Rob went above and beyond the call of duty. He updated our plan, made me aware of all the deals we could have, and did so with such a pleasant approach. I think I know Rob more than I know some of my best friends. We share the same love for dogs, both having a black German shepherd, and I could honestly go on about all the things I learned about him. So personable, so hospitable, I will never go anywhere else to update my phones and/or my plans. Not only did he help me with my phone but my unborn child continued to kick throughout the experience proving that she loved him too. The very next day the baby moved into the right position that we needed her to. I’m not saying it was a coincidence but I’m actually saying it was because of Robs wonderful approach to all of his clients. He is now a front runner to being godfather of our child. Thanks for everything Verizon Rob! You are truly the best!
Rob was incredible! Until your iPhone is incapacitated off and on for three days, you have no idea how much you rely on and need it! Rob went above and beyond to get everything resolved on my phone even to the point of coming to my home when I couldn't spend time in the store due to my schedule. He was incredibly professional, kind, patient and worked tirelessly until everything was working correctly and recovered on my phone. This is by far the best customer service I have received in years! Beyond pleased with the service I received yesterday at this Verizon store! Rob really knows what he’s doing when it comes to people, like me, who don’t. He did a great job of going through my plan & ridding me of things I’m spending money on, but never use. In turn then, I was able to afford a much-needed upgrade! Loving the new iPhone 12 Max! Lamar and Rob were fantastic. I’ve never had a better customer experience in any store let alone a Verizon store. They went above and beyond to make it fast, easy and painless upgrade for our phones. They do not push overpriced products and were super patient with a 2 year old who has high energy. Will absolutely 100% go back to this store for that reason. Thanks!
My husband and I went into this store last weekend to inquire about changing our service to Verizon, and Rob helped us make that transition, which was smooth and helped us save a considerable amount on our monthly bill. He is funny, easy to talk to, and definitely knows the ins and outs of Verizon. He also went out of his way to explain all possible offers, plans, and options to us.
