Never ever go to this store. manager says nice words and gets you in to the contracts and promotions. Later you will realize that when you get a big bill. This store need to be closed as there are many T-Mobile stores that give A1 customer service.
T-mobile is the only branding in the store, not a hint of anything Sprint (which I guess they used to be). I've gone in twice as a T-mobile customer and on both occasions they were unable to help because they weren't set up with T-mobile systems. Well, then take the signs down! How am I supposed to know? Staff was useless and incompetent, management could care less. If you actually have business to conduct, save yourself the trip and just go to another store from the start so you don't have to waste time like I did.
we got new phone and two i watch's we had a guy named kevin c he was really nice the must up beat worker we had from t-mobile we live in london ohio and i will not go back to the london one we will be going to the plain city one do to the great service..
Thoughtful and courteous service, but I did have to wait quite a while with only one other customer in the store.
Christian the salesrep signed us up for the incorrect promotion. After many hours on the phone with customer service, I figured this out. When I pointed this out to Christian he said I had to come back into the store to correct it. It took an 1.5hr to do this, no apology and unprofessional attitude during the process. Horrible experience!
