Not happy with the service provided.. Cheryl's cookies used to be an enjoyable experience. Now every person is so programmed to act and say certain things. It's like all the employees are just there for a paycheck. I am done buying your products.
Love their report card program, it’s the highlight of each semester for my kids. They get a cookie for each A they earned (max 3 per kid). The sugar cookies are obscenely sweet, but addictive.
I placed my gluten free order on May 8, 2019 for my son's graduation party. I selected a delivery date of May 15, 2019. When i got home there was no delivery, i called Cheryl's and was told my order was out for delivery. When there was still no delivery at 9 pm I emailed their customer service and was told oh sorry your order was never processed and we will issue refund. This was for a joint graduation party, my son has celiacs and can not eat regular desserts. This is what he selected as his dessert for his party. It is graduation season and every bakery is booked up. There is no time to place another order someplace else. So now i am left with nothing for him at his party. I WILL NEVER USE Cheryl and Co again.
Who doesn't love these cookies, always good and fresh.
Fresh cookies, great taste, friendly service but long slow line at check out. Still worth it for the cookies.
