I ordered three frozen drinks and was made to wait. And wait. And wait. At least five groups were served before me instead of making them wait so she could make my order... And one of those groups had a frozen drink!? One order only asked for FREE water. Make her wait? The line kept growing and was neverending so I had to interrupt. To be quite honest, she may have forgotten.nnPlease train your crew to only take up to maybe three orders at a time. After three, stop. Complete all orders (in order). THEN continue. Something.nnShe was nice, she was alone for most of that time, they got really busy, and the drinks were good when we finally got them. But the wait was really unnecessary and I can't say I'd do it again.

Less and let me tell you I really like this place! I will go here every time I see this place in a mall. I only get one thing and mast the pretzel hot dog with extra butter with a LARGE lemon.... IT.IS.THE.BEST!!!

Every single time I go to Auntie Anne's or now Cinnabon I am greeted with a smile. Everyone is so sweet, professional, quick, food is always perfect. And I had to mention what they did for my birthday... I have loved cinnabon since I was a child. That is what I wanted as my birthday cake so my family was just gonna get a few boxes of cinnabon and make a big cinnabon tower lol. I was talking with the wonderful manager Tim and he said let me put something special together for u.. he went above and beyond made me a heart shaped bday cake of cinnabons and even had a heart shaped box to put it in. I cant put it into words how much this meant to me. I am a very regular customer there and this made my birthday so very special. Thank you all...
