Elements Massage

Miss Sheila is the best! I am not an easy massage. I have a lot of muscle and joint issues. She has been very instrumental in my relief. I require a great amount of pressure and she is able to accommodate. I have experienced a massage from others at the same facility and they are great at what they do. It provides for a variety of offerings, which is a good thing. Everyone is very professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend Elements Massage to everyone who asks where I go.

This was only my second massage ever and the first with Elements. I was very happy with this experience. My wife and I went together for massages. We were welcomed by the young lady working the front desk who was very friendly and helpful throughout our initial intake. Betty did my massage and she was fantastic. Very friendly during the experience and very talented. I was overall very happy with the experience and will likely book again soon.

I decided to get a massage because of lower back issues that I had been experiencing over the past few years, after a one hour session I left and my back felt better than it had in years. I’m going to make this a monthly thing. Sheila is the best. Thank You!

I like the location, accessibility, rooms, and live my massage therapist. Occasional scheduling snafus can be challenging, and I feel like I've missed a lot of potential appointments (I need 90-120 min) because of how the 1 hour sessions get booked. It's almost always several weeks to a month before I can get in to her.
