I had initially left a negative review for J.B. Hunt because of a bad delivery experience we had, but the customer service reached out and clarified the situation. Customer service was courteous and prompt in their apology. After witnessing first hand how serious they take customer feedback and complaints (unlike so many other companies where complaints go unnoticed or unaddressed), we would definitely use them again.
