Mattress Firm Diamond Plaza

I called another Mattress Firm location to ask if they had a king bed frame we could pick up today, and was basically just told “no”. I thought I’d try calling this location, and I’m SO glad I did! Jeremy told me that although they didn’t have them in the store, I could order one through him and pick it up at the warehouse! Perfect solution! He did extra searching in the system to get us the right products (we also got a box spring at his suggestion, which was on sale and would work even better than what we thought we wanted), and we completed the purchase online and drove right to the warehouse, where some helpful people loaded everything up very quickly! Great experience!

Had a great experience. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.nDidn't plan on buying but she found a way to make it happen! Very excited to get my new mattress.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars cause Jennifer was so amazing. I love our mattress and the price we got it at 10 out of 10 would recommend

This was my first time at Mattres Firm. I was promptly greeted as soon as I entered the store. The associate was very pleasant & knowledgeable. What I needed was in stock and could be delivered. Overall, awesome place!
