Very safe environment through these difficult times

Shout out to store manager Terrence! I had ordered a tool chest and was waiting for the order to come in. Four days later I received a call saying my order was delivered to the store and I could pick it up. I made arrangements and arrived to pick up the order, only to discover there was a mistake made with the product by the company. Terrence was extremely professional, on point, and kind. He made good on the order and then some that I never expected or asked for! He is the definition of customer service and satisfaction! Thank you, this is now my go to Home Depot because of your management and customer care!
Made a quick trip. Storage area was very small and a lot of the items were all over the store instead of being all together. The signage on the store made it super difficult to see what was on the aisles and especially the back aisles. Would be great to have some kind of directory for that reason. The saving grace was that the staff was very friendly and very quick to get us checked out and on our way. Just hate when I know exactly what I need and cannot find it due to things being unorganized.
I was looking for 2 steel drywall studs and found them at The Home Depot. The items were easy to locate and the checkout was fast and courteous. The price was also very reasonable.
