Absolutely amazing to deal with. Not only did I get response quickly for my purchase I was looking at online. The guys at Music go round in guannha oh sent guitar out in very quick fashion. I must say there packing methods are excellent. I was worried about getting my Rs doubleneck guitar by ups. But the way they packaged it . The guitar came in with no issues. Will gladly do business again in a heartbeat. Thank you very much boys

Worst customer service! The sales clerk called me TWICE to disrespect me and my child over three failed trumpet repair attempts. Asked for a refund and was told no because my child is to blame?? Wow. Do not recommend.
Would not recommend selling equipment to them. They offered ~ 45% of their sale price for my guitar and amp. The hour it takes to list and ship the equipment is well worth it.
I ordered online from this MGR location. Even with limited hours, they were quick to ship. Alas, it was UPS that ended up losing the package somewhere in transit. I contacted the store and we both filed claims and throughout the process, Kevin and John kept me in the loop and sent me a refund given the circumstances. UPS eventually copped to their mistake and all worked out, but I've had dealings with other places in the past that weren't handled as professionally as this was. I really appreciate a business that stands by their word. Shame that there's a lost guitar out there, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this location again. Also, great selection of used gear.
