I went into the store Expecting to be there a while I was greeted very nicely by an employee named Joyce I explain to her that I had just broken my screen yesterday I’ve had my phone for 3 years She did her best looking in my account seeing what I was eligible for and upgrading me to a new iPhone 12 my experience there was excellent anyone needing a new phone definitely should go see Joyce in New Albany
I hate phone issues and even more I hate going in to a Verizon store where they try and talk me into things I don’t need...well Joyce at this Russell Verizon store was awesome! She got me just what I needed and patiently helped me set up my new phone! So thankful for her kindness and great service!
