Nordstrom

Stopped in on Saturday to purchase a pair of Nike I saw online and to double check the size. Asked one associate and different sales associate brought out the shoes. I tried on the shoes and noticed two spots dark spots on the white suede and noticed what looked like dried blood on the tissue paper. I asked the associate if they had a duplicate size I could buy. She than grabbed the box from me and the shoe cleaner product I was going to buy and walked away not offering to order a pair online. Nordstrom you just lost yourself a valuable customer in the shoe department, I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I went in yesterday to buy a pair of boots. I did find was it was looking for, but associates in shoe department were not helpful. I had to go and ask for help with bringing second shoe out after twenty minutes just sitting there. Anna was the name of the girl I spoke to. She said give me a second and never came back. Twenty more minutes pass, she was behind the register doing nothing so I went back and ask her if she forgot about me. Anna reply with “No, but maybe yes”. Her supervisor was around so she overheard and directed someone else to help me.nAlso there were so many shoe laying on floor that customers tried and nobody return them to shelfs. The couch I sat on to try my boots had seven pair of single shoes laying around. I had to move them back to shelf just so we don’t step on them.nPurses/Bags department lack a selection.

Very limited selection for men, however, very great limited product. Can use more variety in terms of designers and especially men shoes.

Disappointed. went in search of Mens cologne. Figured since they have a wide variety of women's fragrance I would have a nice variety to pick for men as well. That was not the case. Very little to chose from. No samples were available. So I was attempting to smell as best I could. No packaging was damaged in this endeavor. However it did not seem to go over well with an employee, so ended up leaving empty handed.

Ashley is the best SA I’ve worked with at any Nordstrom, period! She goes above and beyond in customer service and to help you find your most coveted ISO’s. I’ve now shopped with her 4 times and each time is better than the last. She’s a true staple to the Nordy’s family.
