Love kohl's I rarely shop anywhere else... Great associates and customer service.. Always can find what I need and more

Kohl's has been a big supporter of cancel culture and they must be stopped! You think you are getting a good deal! THINK AGAIN! I went in there with friend. She had khol's cash and wanted to get good deal! I got the same thing for less at Meijer!

My service was okay but some of the workers need to be mindful of the things they do. My Worker saw me waiting after she took a customer. It took her ten mins to call me up. I rarely shop here and by this I won't be going back.

Overall good experience. There have been a lot of changes since COVID hit but the store is generally in good shape with a great selection of diverse items. I love that you can do Amazon returns in store too. Our last time shopping at this location, we called to confirm that they had the item we needed, they held it for us, and we picked it up. They also generally have coupons or Kohl's cash offers too, so generally items are a great value.

Customer service was very courteous. I. And out no problem.
