This is the third mattress/box springs set purchased at the 5th Ave store. Rick helped us narrow our choices down, gave us specifics per each style, spoke with years of experience. The delivery was made today by two very friendly guys (one a salesman helping out for the day!). Couldn't have been easier! Absolutely will purchase again. Highly recommend!

This was our second purchase at OMF at 5th Ave location. Went from a traditional king to a hybrid split king with adjustable bases. Did a ton of research and comparison shopping. Rick was very knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable with no sales pressure.OMF was the only place that provided a written estimate with descriptions. Both Mattress Firm and Big Sandy would not provide anything in writing. Mattress Firm was a joke - seemed to get the prices out of the air. Big Sandy was very professional but much more expensive and prices were based on a sale that was ending making it a you have to buy now situation which I didn’t like. Also you had to pay more for Big Sandys warranty and delivery. Delivery from OMF was professional, quick and they very careful in the house and followed all COVID regulations. Highly recommend OMF for all your mattress needs.

Great mattresses, friendly service. I’ve probably bought 10 beds here over the years, they lose a star because every time I buy, they have no idea who I am even in their system. Have to give them all my info over again. For the kind of money I’m spending, the customer service could be way better.
