Very happy with the service and follow up from Keith the assistant Manager. I was able to call and purchase a mattress & box spring and arrange delivery for my daughter moving into her apartment at OSU. The mattress went on sale the day after I made the purchase and that amount was refunded and when they didn't have the bed I purchased in stock he will willing to propose an appropriate substitute for the purchase price. Great customer service - thanks!
My sister and I wanted to gift my parents with an adjustable bed for Christmas. The first time I went to the store (without my parents) the salesman gave me a lot of ideas and things to consider. He was not pushy at all. He actually recommended that I come back with my parents to choose the right mattress. That's right, he did not pressure me to rush and buy a mattress before I left the store. I came back later with my parents and a new saleswoman was there. She was so patient with me and elderly parents. We did buy the adjustable bed from that night and I would do it again.
Jason was very knowledgeable and low pressure. He was patient and really helped with our decision making. Can’t wait to receive our new mattress and adjustable base!
Easiest shopping experience. I was welcomed and informed about deals and asked about what I was looking for. They pointed me in the right direction and let me try out the beds for however long I needed. Came down to two beds and they answered all my questions and concerns. I’d definitely go back. They staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store was also very clean! Highly recommend this store!
Great, went to two places to check out mattresses and ultimately had a great experience at Mattress Firm and bought our new bed and spent less than we anticipated.
