I didn't have a bad experience at all however ,the employee didn't seem to have any knowledge of what I was talking about and we went through several explanations of things that I didn't even need. and because of the frustration I just decided to get what he continued to point at after about 15 minutes of pointless information and to avoid keeping him from repeating the same selling line.

I use to like going here, but now only when there’s other employees. There’s one older gentleman with long hair that’s there lately and you can tell he hates being there. He seems out of it most times. I’ve had other employees greet us, ask if we need help, and very informative on items. This employees doesn’t say anything. He sighs loudly and visibly gets annoyed when anyone enters the store or ask questions. He doesn’t try to hide it. He doesn’t respond to any questions other than prices. You ask to see an item and it takes him 3+ tries to get the right item. I’ve gone three times within the month and whenever he’s there, I don’t want to support the store. Also, I was there last week and got charged twice for one transaction. I called the store but no answer so I’m going through my card company to dispute one of the charges. I’ll probably start going to other locations even though this one is more convenient. It’s unfortunate that one employee can ruin the store for myself and my friends. I just looked through some of the other reviews and it seems like everyone is talking about the same employee. I totally understand having bad days especially as a retail employee, but he’s like this with every interaction my friends and I have had with him.

Small, mostly a smoking shop. The guy behind the counter didn't acknowledge me. I don't think he looked up once. This location is not like other Waterbeds and Stuff stores that I have been to. Parking is on street.

Good selection, fair prices, quick shipment, accurate shipping dates, and when I had a question I called the #, and a human being answered the phone and she helped me. That's 5 star work.
