I needed a 4500 watt element for my electric water heater. The website said they had 10 in stock and told me exactly what aisle and even what bay within the aisle they were located. There were only two on the shelf so I assume they have more in stock somewhere else. I ended up buying both because why replace just the one? I'm on my way home to try them out now. I'm so ready to take a nice hot shower. Here's to hoping everything works out. Now if I could only find an easy way to clean the sediment out of the water heater.
I went there to get a broom that the website showed in stock and at a special discount. I could not find the said item even after going to the info desk and basically given a shrug. Then another gentleman who works at the store named Russell asked me if i needed help as i was walking back to the aisle for a last time. He literally spent half an hour looking for that broom with me, eventually he gave me another nice one with the advertised price after talking to the manager. He was such a nice gentleman, a veteran according to his name tag, too. He went above and beyond to help me. It is really rare to meet people like him, who seem to genuinely enjoy doing his job and helping people. I will be a repeat customer thanks to him.

I chose curbside pickup because I ordered something heavy. I checked in twice. After 15 minutes I called and the girl said they knew I was there. Several minutes later, they brought my order. You're better off going in, if you can.
