Panera Bread

I have the coffee subscription, I come here daily, sometimes multiple times. The young woman that works the opening shift has started to remember my voice and today only needed the middle 3 digits of my phone number. That is a neat feeling. The only downside I have is many times when I go in the afternoon or early evening my coffee is lukewarm and clearly old.

Their prep game could use some work. I went to the drive thru and the worker handed me my bag balled up. Inside the bag no napkins no utensils and my items were sitting in the bare bag. Do better!

Product was good but curbside pickup could be better. I checked in and waited 10 minutes before I had to go in to pick up my order. When I walked in 1 person in line, no one at registar and then an employee starts to walk out with my order. Not sure why it took this long.

They rushed me at the intercom no one was behind me. Erica at the window was super rude and told me at 3:30p that they weren’t gonna have another batch of green tea til the next day. I spent 22$ 2 chicken avocado sandwiches... tell me why one sandwich had an overload of chicken no avocado and the other sandwich only had cheese and avocado? Truly I’m disgusted and I want my money back honestly. Don’t waste your hard earn money here!

Very clean and nice atmosphere. Has the 10 vegetable soup and green smoothie. Both were VERY good!!!
