I love the smoothies and sandwiches
I was excited to have my Toasted Tuscan Grilled Chicken sandwich for dinner. To get home to find out the Smokey Tomato Confit missing. Yup this sandwich was rushed and not prepared properly, for the priced I paid I expected more.
I went through the drive-thru and got a Chicken Tuscan Sandwich and French Onion Soup. Imagine my surprise when I realized the soup was just onions and broth! No cheese or croutons. Sandwich was also rock hard and couldn’t bite into it. Very disappointed!
This location is always clean. Service is good. Other than that.... It's a Panera. You know what you are going to get.
I have never had a good experience at this Panera bread. The staff is rude. I just order a turkey sandwich without onions and sure enough, it has onions on it. We also ended up with an extra sandwich, not sures whose it was supposed to be. On a previous time here my wife found sort in her salad. We called and told them about it and they told us to come in and they'll give us another one. We came in 4 days later (my wife had and they told us someone else had claimed it already.
