Great customer service
Won't visit this location ever again. Came in for a simple upgrade. Left out with a nice upgrade, but without my other phone transferred over even after I paid for it to be. My phone worked up arrival after the upgrade the technician code mean my phone was not working upon troubleshooting the phone still didn't work she told me to come back or wait 30 minutes turn the phone off and try to make a call after 30 minutes my phone did not work was told to visit the nearest location visited a local MetroPCS was told they couldn't do anything in that I had to return to the store in which the transfer was made from upon arrival at the store was told that the phone was not working there was nothing they could do and that I had to guess what buy a new phone. Such an inconvenience won't visit this location or any metropcs's after this month I will be switching over to Sprint or Verizon
My husband works here and other locations, he is awesome and he will work with you. His name is Denis. Come and check them out!!! You won't regret it...
